NLP looks at our thoughts and how they affect our behaviour. This involves signals to the brain and how we can interpret these messages, which then can affect the way we behave.How we think as opposed to what we think.
Using NLP techniques enables me to look at your thoughts, feelings, emotions as things you can control, rather than it just passively happening. This can help you in your professional lives and your private lives. I explain some of these methods are like a re-boot of your brain, or in a metaphoric way just like you would re-boot a computer. This can be adjusting things, removing things like awful images, or re-programme or install new coping strategies or software.
Lots of our memories are made up of sounds, what we feel, our taste and smells from our experiences in our lives. Our backgrounds and our individual make up and the way we view the world, everything we have learned and experienced on a conscious and unconscious level, up to until that point. This is the reason different people can remember the same event and yet interpret and experience it in a differently, as its depends how you filter it.
NLP is great for people all people whether they are auditory, visual or kinasthetic thinkers and I have techniques to fit to suit individual needs. People who have had bad experiences, issues with people for example putting someone down, getting rid of disturbing images, or a a phobia, and for lots more reasons. It’s good for anxiety and trauma.
