What happens when you book
When you phone or email, you will be offered a chance to come and meet me face-to-face. The first 30 minutes is FREE and then if you want to carry on with the assessment, you can. If you want to book further sessions we can do the paperwork contracts. In all, it all takes an hour and a half – two hours.
Counselling sessions are available for an hour.
Individuals
Assessment – £70.00
per Session – £70.00 per hour
Couples
Assessment £85.00
Per session £85.00
Families
Assessment – £100
up to 3 people – £100 per session
up to 4 people – £110 per session
Groups
per session – £25.00 per person
It is possible to ave a variation of mixed sessions. For instance you can start with counselling and add in Rewind sessions as needed, at the rates below.

According to IARTT Rewind has a 90% success rate. I have had a 98% success since using Rewind since 2019.
How payments work
You can either pay by cash or you can pay by BACS when you book. Please ask Jane for the bank details if you wish to pay by BACS.
Paying by cash – What you need to bring to the assessment:
If paying by cash please bring the Counselling Assessment Fee to your assessment session.

If paying by cash, and you wish to continue sessions, at the assessment please bring enough cash with you so you can book and pay for your next session.
As the advance fee is payable in advance of your next session to secure it in the diary, then is due each week thereafter, so your ending session will be covered.
Ongoing sessions
Sessions are 50 mins in duration or can be longer if required. Payment for each session is payable each week thereafter, always running a week in advance.
Example of payments –
*An individual would pay £70 assessment fee, plus £70 advance counselling fee, a total of £140 first visit, then £70 per session per week thereafter.
*A family of 3 would pay £100 assessment fee, plus £100 advanced payment, so a total of £200 first visit, then £100 per week.
Paying by BACS
If paying by BACS, sessions must be paid for within 24 hours of booking to secure the session in the diary.
Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy in place
You can cancel or re-arrange your session providing its more than 48 hours before your appointment.
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of your booked appointment your session will be lost and payment you made retained. This is because I cannot re-sell your appointment at such short notice.
(If its an emergency then I will use my discretion regarding this in these circumstances).
